Information we collect

When you request pilot access, we collect the name, work email, company, service territory and service information you submit. We also process ordinary technical request data needed to operate and protect the website.

How we use it

We use submitted information to evaluate pilot fit, respond to your request, administer access and improve PermitFlare. We do not sell pilot-request information or distribute it as a contact list.

Public-record intelligence

PermitFlare works with public municipal and business records to identify possible commercial service needs. We retain source links and use public verification routes for business outreach research. Public records can be incomplete or change over time.

Storage and retention

Information is stored with our website infrastructure and restricted to authorized operations. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations and security.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted by sending a new request through the PermitFlare pilot form and identifying your original work email.
