Service purpose

PermitFlare provides business-development intelligence derived from public records and related research. It does not provide legal advice, code-compliance certification, engineering advice or a guarantee of work, revenue or sales.

Contractor responsibility

You are responsible for verifying opportunity details, complying with outreach and privacy laws, maintaining required licenses, qualifying prospects, preparing estimates and performing all contracted work safely and lawfully.

Accuracy and availability

Public records may be delayed, incomplete, corrected or removed. PermitFlare applies quality controls but cannot promise that every record, contact route or inferred need is complete or current. The service may change during the pilot.

Acceptable use

You may not use PermitFlare to harass prospects, send unlawful communications, misrepresent public authority, resell contact data, interfere with the service or attempt to access another customer's information.

Exclusive assignments

An exclusive assignment means PermitFlare reserves a delivered opportunity for one active customer under the applicable service arrangement. It does not prevent a property owner from independently contacting or hiring other contractors.
